STUCK!!
The door-handle of dad and mom's room fell out the other day! Mom set the handle on her dresser,resolving that she would be careful not to close the door. To-day Abram ran in to dad and mom's room and slammed the door shut! He was stuck! Mom finally got him to get the handle and put it in the hole ''like a puzzle.''

Dear Mary,
I remember Davey locking himself in a room when he was about 3. I sang "Behold, behold, I stand at the door and knock-knock-knock" intermittently for about 1 1/2 while we trying to get him out. David had to come home from work and we removed the jealousy glass windows from the room, and I got to climb in and be the hero. Glad he was able to get out before you had to feed him under the door!
