Both pictures are neat! I like how your colored pencils spiral out to the edge of the frame, and in the path picture, your eye is led up to the subject.
Both of these are very nice. The path leads myg aze up to the top and there are people there to look at!The pencil shot is beautiful and clever. Good eye! It is simple and complex at the same time.
